1. Who we are and what this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how BURNING BUSH SOFTWARE CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (“Breezy,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information when you visit mybreezy.app or use our customer relationship management (CRM) services (the “Services”).
Breezy is a business tool. Our customers (“Customers”) are sales organizations that use the Services to manage their own accounts, contacts, deals, emails and text messages. This policy applies to two kinds of information:
- Information about our Customers and their users (for example, your name, email address and billing details). For this information, Breezy is the “business” responsible for how it is used.
- Information that Customers put into Breezy about their own contacts (“Customer Data”). For this information, the Customer is the “business” and Breezy acts as a “service provider” (processor). See Section 2.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted here.
2. Our role: Customer Data
When a Customer adds information about its own contacts, prospects or leads to Breezy, the Customer decides what is collected, why, and how it is used. Breezy processes Customer Data only on the Customer’s behalf and according to its instructions, our agreement with the Customer, and applicable law. We do not use Customer Data for our own marketing or advertising and we do not sell it.
If you are a contact in a Customer’s Breezy account and want to access, correct or delete your information, please contact that Customer directly. If you send the request to us, we will refer it to the Customer and, where we can, help the Customer respond. Business Customers may request a data processing agreement (DPA) by emailing privacy@mybreezy.app.
3. Information we collect
- Information you provide to us. Name, email address, phone number, company, password and other account details, and anything else you submit to us, such as support requests.
- Customer Data you add to the CRM. Accounts, contacts, deal details, notes, and similar business records, including contact names, email addresses, phone numbers and job titles.
- Usage and device information. Information collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, features used, and timestamps.
- Payment information. Billing details are collected and processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Communications. Messages you send to us, and emails and text messages sent or received through the Services, including their content and delivery metadata.
- Information from other sources. Depending on how you use the Services, we may receive information from your connected Google account, if you choose to connect it (see Section 6); contacts and records that you or your colleagues import into Breezy; and our service providers, such as Stripe (payments), SendGrid (email delivery) and analytics providers.
4. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, maintain and support the Services.
- Process payments and send billing notices.
- Secure the Services and prevent fraud and abuse.
- Improve and develop the Services, including through analytics.
- Communicate with you about your account, updates and support.
- Send marketing communications about Breezy, where permitted. You can opt out at any time.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers (sub-processors) that help us operate the Services, in these categories: cloud hosting and infrastructure; payment processing (Stripe); email delivery (SendGrid); SMS delivery; analytics; customer support tools; and AI language model providers (Anthropic, for Claude, and xAI, for Grok). They may use the information only to provide services to us. A current list of sub-processors is available on request at privacy@mybreezy.app.
- Your organization. If you use Breezy through a Customer’s account, that Customer’s administrators can see and manage information in the account.
- Legal and safety reasons. Where required by law, legal process or a government request, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Breezy, our users or others.
- Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any change in who controls your information.
- With your direction or consent.
We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Google user data
If you sign in with Google or connect a Google account, Breezy’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
What we access. Your basic Google profile and email address (for sign-in); Gmail messages and metadata (to log and send emails from your CRM); Google Calendar events (to sync meetings); and Google Contacts (to import contacts).
How we use it. We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features you request within Breezy. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it. We do not allow humans to read it unless you give us permission for specific messages, it is necessary for security or to comply with law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Retention and deletion. We keep Google user data only while your account is active and the Google connection remains in place. If you disconnect your Google account, we stop accessing it and delete the data we obtained from Google within 30 days, except where we must keep it by law. You can revoke Breezy’s access at any time in your Google Account permissions page or in Breezy’s integration settings. You can also ask us to delete your data using the contact details in Section 13.
7. Text messages
Where the Services send or receive text messages, we process phone numbers, message content and delivery information so that messages can be delivered. Messages are sent by Customers to their own contacts. Customers are responsible for obtaining and keeping any consent required by law (such as the TCPA and similar rules) before sending texts through Breezy, and for honoring opt-out requests such as STOP.
We do not sell phone numbers. No mobile information, including phone numbers, message content, and opt-in or consent data, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with our SMS delivery providers and carriers only as needed to deliver messages, and as described in Section 5. See our SMS / Messaging Terms for more details.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality (such as keeping you signed in) and for analytics. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before using non-essential cookies. You can also control cookies through your browser settings. See our Cookie Policy for more.
9. Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect personal information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy and to meet legal requirements. Typically:

10. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. If you are a California resident or live in another US state with a privacy law, you may have the right to know what we collect, delete or correct your information, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it as described in Section 5). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
